I spent the morning yesterday at one of my favorite branches. They take the relationship/advocate culture very seriously and it is a pleasure to be part of their team.
The branch manager took the DISC profile first and we shared it with all of his team. We discussed how to communicate more effectively with him the manager. The do’s and don’ts! It was a lot of fun and very effective due to the mangers willingness to be transparent about his profile.
Most managers do not want their employees knowing that much about them and it is a mistake!
