We were on hold for about 2 minutes and couldn’t keep from laughing when hearing this brief statement, “where the difference is service”, while on hold. We were asking for checking information. We were immediately told (not asked) to hold. We heard this recording. Two minutes later we got the famous “order-taker” on the phone. We don’t want to bore you with the whole call but just because they have a recorded message that says their service is the difference doesn’t make it so! Or… maybe it is the difference between them and a bank that actually cares about service. Don’t be this bank.
