Customers don’t like it. They are switching banks. Your bank is going to get some of this business just by having the doors open. Your bank is going to get a large share of this business if you also provide remarkable (not good) service, if you are contacting customers that already have accounts with your bank and if you have developed advocate relationships that will provide word of mouth marketing.
