Another installment from… This is your competition!

Banks spend a tremendous amount of money driving in business. Most spend very little, to no money making sure they are prepared to handle that business when it calls in or walks into the bank. This is what happens to banks that don’t shop their branches and establish basic expectations. We believe that this employee is purposely driving this business away so she doesn’t have to do extra work. What a bundle of joy she is! Of course this did happen at 1:37pm on a Thursday and I’m sure they were short-handed, or employees were at lunch, or they were really busy. All valid excuses for being so bad, right?
